ABS (Adult Business Seminars) will honor all refunds under the conditions of the instruction manual being in the original packaging and returned within 5 business days of the original transaction posted.  This adheres only to the 'Silver Package' for registration. The date indicated on the registration confirmation email also includes the refund policy notification for customer references.   The date indicated on the registration confirmation email will represents the official date of the posted transaction.

Cancellations will be honored at 20% cancellation fee for all cancellations prior to 10 business days of the originally secured seminar.  Approved refunds will be honored through the original payment method only.  The date indicated on the registration confirmation email will represents the official date of the posted transaction.
Cancellations will not be honored within 10 business days before the date of any secured seminar.   All registration funds will be forfeited.   As an alternative option to cancellations within 10 business days  before a secured seminar, ABS will honor the registration fund to be applied to any future seminars within the 1 calendar year of the original seminar date.   This must be approved directly with ABS customer service agent for final approval.  Please refer to ABS contact information.

Adult Business Seminars will not be held legally responsible for any consequential or incidental damages including transportation, hotel or food.
